Fine-Tune the Details
We’ll help you select the right materials, dimensions, finishes, and comfort level. This stage includes drawings, COM instructions, and any production notes needed to finalize the design.
Craftsmanship in Action
Once approved, our team gets to work. Each piece is built by hand in our San Francisco workshop using time-tested techniques and the finest materials.
The sit test
Before your piece is finished, you’re invited to come in for a sit test and experience its comfort firsthand. If it doesn’t feel quite right, we can make adjustments before completing it.
Delivery & White Glove Coordination
We work with trusted shippers to ensure your pieces arrive safely and on schedule. We keep communication clear and timelines realistic, because great design depends on both.
